Xplor Growth 101: Landing Pages

*Note: A liability waiver is required in the Settings section (Settings > Landing Pages) before you can create a Landing Page.

When choosing the option for "Is this for new or existing customers?", this question is focused ONLY on what the customer will be prompted to do once they click the button to purchase.

  • If you select "New Customers," the customer will be prompted to make a new profile (with an additional option to click to log in if you already have a profile).

  • If you select "Existing Customers," the customer will be prompted to log in to their profile (with an additional option to click to create a profile if you don't have one).

When choosing the option for "What are you selling?" and you select "Other Products," all of the Products in your booking platform will load HOWEVER we are unable to sell gift cards (there's no space to put in the recipient's email address) or retail (there's no space for selecting a variant, such as size or color & inventory is not automatically updated) via Landing Pages at this time. We've seen the "Other Products" option used for things like a free mat rental or a free towel rental for a special promotion or a birthday class.

Discounts only have to be created in the booking software first if your Xplor Growth account is connected to Mariana Tek. For MBO customers, you can build the discount right into the Landing Page.

*Note: Only Mariana Tek customers need to select a Payment Gateway when setting up a Landing Page.
