Yes, there are a few features that will not be included in the initial release of Transactional Email:
Reporting dashboards
Ability to re-send a transactional message to the same or a different address
Ability to see if a transactional message was delivered, bounced, rejected, etc.
Additional visibility into sent transactional messages will be available in an upcoming release! Sent transactional message logs will appear on a contact's timeline along with promotional messages sent

Our support team can assist—please provide the client's name, email address, transaction type (i.e. purchase, reservation, etc.), and date/time of transaction.
I have / my web developer has made customizations to my transactional email templates in Mandrill. Will those transfer over?

Yes, the transactional email templates in Mandrill will be migrated to Xplor Transactional Email, including any customizations that have been made. Xplor Transactional Email will run an authentication to validate there are no errors in the HTML code. In the event there is an error, it will be displayed in the platform and the transactional emails for that particular trigger will not send until the error is corrected.
I have custom templates in my Mandrill account or templates from another integration. Will those transfer over?

Templates that are utilized by another integration or are created custom in Mandrill using additional rules are not able to be utilized in Xplor Transactional Email and therefore will not be migrated.

If the Mariana Tek Team manages your Mandrill account on your behalf, we will be maintaining access for the next 30 days and no action needs to be taken to cancel your Mandrill service.
