Xplor Transactional Email: HQ Dashboard

Update and sync templates network-wide and enable/disable edit permission controls.

The HQ Dashboard within Xplor Transactional Email allows HQ teams flexibility over which templates can be edited locally by studio teams and update templates network-wide.

Note: Templates are locked by default and must be unlocked for location staff to make changes.

What are the different functionalities within the HQ Dashboard?

1. Lock/unlock templates for editing

If a template is locked, location account users will be able to see that HQ has set controls on these transactional messages.

2. Sync edits to location accounts from HQ

3. Enable/disable templates

Who has access to view / edit transactional emails?

Users who have access to Marketing Automation (BrandBot) will also have access to Xplor Transactional Messaging. For multi-location brands, only users with HQ admin access will be able to view the HQ dashboard.
