Resolving HTML Errors in Transactional Emails

To access your pre-existing transactional emails, first, you’ll need to login to Mandrill: http://mandrill.com/.

This will be the same login as your Mailchimp account and you may be prompted to first login to Mailchimp.

Once you’re in your Mandrill account, you’ll want to select “Outbound” from the left menu. Then, select “Templates” from the top menu.

The Templates page will display all 24 Transactional email templates that Mariana Tek sends, as well as any other email templates that may have been created.

Once you’re in the template, you’ll see an HTML box on the left. This area contains HTML and CSS that forms the template that customers receive. In the HTML box, you’ll want to look for where the code says “<!--body text goes here-->" This is where you’ll begin to copy the HTML and add it into Xplor Tx Emails.

Now head to Xplor Tx Emails and follow the steps to add your HTML!
