If you are a single-location business, you will have one Xplor Growth account connected to your Mariana Tek account.

If you are a business with multiple locations, you will have one Xplor Growth account for each location in Mariana Tek, in addition to an HQ Account. To help you manage multiple Xplor Growth accounts, we set up multi-location brands with what we call an HQ/Child account structure.

How does an HQ/Child account structure work?

You may think of your account structure like a simple org chart - the HQ account sits above all of the child (location) accounts. Your HQ account is not connected to a specific location and therefore will not sync contacts in. Instead, you will use this account to build automation that can be synced to the child accounts or to create pushed corporate emails.

Since each location will have its own Xplor Growth account, each account/location will have separate SMS numbers, waivers, landing pages, automation, segments, etc.

There are many benefits to having one Xplor Growth account per location, including:

  • Evaluate campaign performance by location.

  • Flexibility to maintain location-specific automation and segment lists.

  • Divide and assign studio tasks/phone call reminder responsibilities at each location.

  • Reduce clutter and redundancies.

  • Future access to our new products!

Your Onboarding Rep will be able to answer any questions you have as far as best practices and how-tos.
