The Xplor Growth branding in Settings will not update the transactional email template.
The logo image(only logo, no other images) needs to be edited or changed in an Xplor Transactional Email template. Either through:
Edit Email: Copy and paste the image in the header of the email text block
Or
The logo is a link in the HTML (so the actual image file is hosted somewhere) and can be edited.
If you want to adjust your logo through an externally hosted file on your transactional emails, contact our support team and we can do this for you.
