Customers submit their responses on a scale of 1 - 10. This aggregates to your NPS (Net Promotor Score). A net promotor score is measured on a scale of -100 through 100 and is calculated by subtracting the total % of detractors from the total % of promotors.

Net Promotor Score = Total % of Promotors - Total % of Detractors
