Please note, this product is currently in Alpha / Beta testing and cannot be modified from the default survey settings.
From your NPS survey, click the 'Content' tab from the left-hand navigation.
The prompt, numeric responses, and your branding will automatically populate to form the survey email and landing page design.
Once a customer clicks through to the landing page, there is an open text field where they may add details and feedback as well as modify the privacy setting on their response.
