Replying to customer feedback from NPS surveys

Please note, this product is currently in Alpha / Beta testing and subject to change.

To reply to feedback, click on a customer to be brought to their contact profile.

Then, you may send them an SMS or an email directly from the platform!

In this example, the customer gave a low NPS rating because they were expecting a faster-paced work out. The business responded via SMS, allowing the customer to try another class that might suit them more!
