How do I set up an NPS Survey?

The first time you visit the Feedback tab within Xplor Growth, you'll be promoted to 'Start your first NPS Survey'!

From here, you will see the default NPS Survey.

(The ability to add new surveys will be released in future iterations).

The survey's audience trigger is set to all customers who have visited your studio at least once in the last 6 months / 180 days. You may select the frequency in which your survey is sent if you'd like to spread the sends of the survey out over the term to reduce an influx of NPS responses all at one time, and if you'd like to resend the survey to people who have not responded.

Once your survey is set live, you will begin aggregating response data!
