Once your NPS Survey has been set live and you're ready to review responses, navigate to the NPS Survey's 'Overview' screen.

You can filter the responses shown by last 30/90/180 days or 'All time':

Beneath the survey sample, you will see your NPS score, and a count of the promoters, neutrals, and detractors:

Lastly, you will see feedback from individuals who have added comments to their submissions:
