Ask customers to rate their experience with their service, your staff, and your business via email and/or in-app surveys with our Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) product.

Customers can select a 0-5 star rating on their class/service with the particular instructor/staff member they interacted with. The CSAT score is then calculated by dividing the sum of all responses by the total number of responses submitted, multiplied by 100, resulting in a % score of satisfied customers.

If a customer leaves an additional comment or selects a feedback badge, you can aggregate trends on what resonates with customers or what they wish could be different, lending opportunities for you to boost client retention.


Please note, that this product is currently in Alpha/Beta testing and not available outside of testing groups. At this time, CSAT is limited to one survey without an expiration. Interested in becoming a beta tester? Contact Support for more information.
