Surveys can be marked as open (have not replied) and closed (have replied or have expired). So long as the email survey is still marked open in Xplor Growth, a customer's response will still be recorded. If the survey is marked closed, the customer will receive a notice that the survey is no longer accepting responses.
Please note, that this product is currently in Alpha / Beta testing and not available outside of testing groups. At this time, CSAT is limited to one survey without an expiration. Interested in becoming a beta tester? Contact Support for more information.
