Feedback is stored on the overview page of the Xplor Growth Feedback product. Customers can see their CSAT score, and the contacts who gave them feedback and they can filter the feedback by 3 properties; class name, instructor name, and timeframe of the feedback (i.e. answered in the last 30 days).
