Feedback is stored on the overview page of the Xplor Growth Feedback product. Customers can see their CSAT score, the contacts who gave them feedback and they can filter the feedback by 3 properties; class name, instructor name, timeframe of the feedback (I.e answered in the last 30 days).


Please note, this product is currently in Alpha / Beta testing and not available outside of testing groups. Interested in becoming a beta tester? Contact Support for more information.
