When a client is moved from the waitlist to the class roster, they will receive an SMS notification as long as they have opted in for SMS and your account has transactional SMS enabled. This ensures that clients are always informed about any changes to their class schedule.

However, unlike marketing automation SMS messages, the outbound Waitlist Upgrade transactional SMS messages do not have a front-end inbox in accounts. This means that you cannot view these messages directly in your account.

So, how can you locate these delivered SMS messages? The Xplor Support team can assist you with this process, but we require some information from you to begin the search.

Be sure to provide us with the date, contact name, and phone number so that we can begin our search. Our team will then search through the backend logs to locate the delivered SMS message for you.
