What are Goals?

Goals help your studio members easily track their fitness goals and encourage consistency.

Goals help your studio members easily track their fitness goals and encourage consistency. Goals are configured by your studio members in the Mariana Tek mobile app.


Goal Creation

To create a Goal, studio members can log into your mobile app > 5th tab icon > Gamification (Trophy Icon) > Goals.

If a Goal has not been set, there will be a prompt to set their Goal. A Goal is the number of classes they would like to attend in a week.

Goal cycles are from Monday morning to Sunday evening.


Viewing Goals

Goals can be viewed on the home screen or the Goals tab.

Home Screen

If a studio member has not set a Goal, the home screen tile will show a link directing them to the Goals tab to set their Goal.

If a Goal has been set but they haven't taken or booked sufficient classes, they will see a progress bar and indicator that they should take X amount of classes to reach the Goal.

If a Goal has been set and they have made a reservation for a sufficient number of classes to achieve their Goal, they will see the progress bar filled with a darker color for completed classes and a lighter color for pending classes.

If a Goal has been reached, their status updates along with their current streak.

Goals tab

From the Goals tab, studio members will see their Goals and status. The status includes:

  • Off Track: insufficient classes taken or booked

  • On track: sufficient classes taken and booked

  • Complete: sufficient classes completed


Streaks and Heat map

Streaks are how many weeks in a row a studio member has reached their Goal. Also, it will show their longest streak of consecutive Goal attainment.

Streaks will reset if the studio member does not hit their Goal for a week.

The heat map shows which day they took a class. As they get closer to their Goal, the squares darken in color.


Editing a Goal

Goals can be edited from the Goals tab. When updating a Goal, the Goal will be effective the following Monday. This means after editing their Goal, customers will not see it reflected on the page but will receive a success message that the Goal has been changed.

Updating your Goal will not impact your Streak. Your Streak is based on the number of times you hit your Goal even if that Goal has been changed.
