Can I report on my customers' Gamification Goals?

Goals can be tracked from the Gamification suite.

Goal tracking creates an impactful, supportive, and results-oriented experience for your members. It is important to report on your member's Goals to provide accountability, celebrate success, and personalize their progress.

From Gamification > Goals, you can view:

  • Participation - Customers with a Goal

  • Average Goal - How many classes does the average person aim to take each week

  • Average Streak - How consistent are people at hitting this Goal

  • Average Longest Streak - What number do members lose their Streak

The table will provide a list of each customer with a Goal. The information will include:

  • Name

  • Customer Email

  • Home Location

  • Current Goal

  • Current Streak

The table can be filtered by:

  • Home Location - Multiple locations can be selected

  • Goal - Number range of how many classes per week

  • Current Streak - Number range of how long members have reached their Goal

The Export CSV button will export the filtered results.

If your account does not have Gamification activated and you would like to request access, click on Gamification in the main navigation of Xplor Growth > Request Activation.
