To confirm Twilio compliance has been completed, go to the gear icon > Settings > Twilio Compliance.
Twilio compliance is essential for enabling two-way SMS functionality in Xplor Growth. SMS messages will not send until the compliance application is fully approved, and Twilio is a third-party provider included in your subscription at no extra cost.
If compliance has been accepted, you will see the following:
Congratulations: Your Twilio SMS registration has been approved - no further action is required.
Business Profile Already submitted
Your Business Profile, Brand Registration, and Campaign Registration will be checked as completed.
You can immediately start using the two-way SMS feature in Xplor Growth via the SMS tab.
