If a client replies STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any marketing SMS message, they will automatically be unsubscribed to future text messages from this number, will receive a confirmation that they are unsubscribed, and the status will be reflected in Xplor Growth.

If an unsubscribed client sends START, YES or UNSTOP to your marketing SMS number, they will automatically be subscribed to SMS messages, will receive a confirmation that they are subscribed, and the status will be reflected in Xplor Growth.

If a client has opted out of SMS messaging using the word STOP, resubscribing them in XG will not allow SMS as they are on the Twilio "block list". To receive XG SMS messages again they will have to manually send the word START to the SMS number.
