The Xplor Ads dashboard gives you an overview of your ad performance. You will be able to see your funnel and return on ad spend trends to make informed decisions.
The dashboard can be filtered by:
Date Range
Ad Platform
Campaign
The top header shows:
Purchases From Ads: The total number of purchases attributed to your ads through conversion tracking. Purchases are counted by the ad click date, not the purchase date.
Ads Spend: The total amount spent on advertising across all selected channels, including ad platform costs (e.g., Google, Facebook) and any related management fees.
Measured Ad Revenue: The total revenue attributed to your ads through conversion tracking. Revenue is counted by the ad click date, not the purchase date, and includes data from tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and first-party sources.
Return on Ad Spend: A metric showing how much revenue you earn for every dollar spent on ads. Calculated by dividing revenue by total ad spend to measure campaign profitability.
Ad Conversion Funnel
The ad conversion funnel shows:
Impressions from ads: The number of times your ad was shown.
This graph represents a funnel, so the percentage for impressions will always be 100%.
Clicks from ads: The number of times your ad was clicked. The percentage is calculated by dividing the number of clicks by the number of impressions.
Purchases from ads: The number of times a user purchased after clicking on your ad. The percentage is calculated by dividing the number of purchases by the number of clicks.
Return on Ad Spend Trend Chart
The ROAS trend chart shows how your return on ad spend changes over time. It helps you see whether your advertising is becoming more or less effective, indicating which campaigns, periods, or optimizations are driving stronger performance or need adjustment.
Each day shows:
Total ad spend
Revenue
ROAS
If someone clicks and buys within 90 days, their purchase is attributed to the click date. Recent 90-day data may appear lower, as additional purchases can still be recorded.
