In Xplor Ads > Campaigns, you can view the performance of each campaign as well as the total.

The campaign data can be filtered by:

  • Date Range

  • Ad Platform

  • Campaign

For each campaign, you will see the following for the selected date range:

  • Cost: Total spend reported by the ad platform for this campaign.

    • Track your ad budget and evaluate if it's being spent efficiently.

  • Impressions: Number of times the ad platform showed your ad to users. This includes repeat views by the same person.

    • Shows how visible your ad is. Higher impressions can increase awareness even if people don't click.

  • Clicks: Number of times users clicked on your ad, as reported/defined by each of the ad platforms.

    • Helps you understand interest and engagement. More clicks usually mean your ad is relevant.

  • Revenue: Total sales revenue generated from all customers (new or returning) that took place within 90 days of a user's ad click.

    • Shows how much income your campaign actually generated.

  • ROAS: Calculated as: Revenue Γ· Cost. A 4.0x ROAS means $4 earned in revenue for every $1 spent on ads.

    • Quickly tells you how much trackable revenue is coming from each dollar spent on each campaign.

  • Orders: Number of purchases from all customers (new or returning) that took place within 90 days of a user's ad click.

  • New Customers: Unique number of first-time buyers who placed an order after clicking this ad.

    • If a customer clicks multiple ads, only the first ad they clicked receives credit for the conversion.

  • New Customer LTV: Total revenue generated to date by new customers acquired through this campaign, with no expiration window.

    • Total revenue generated to date by new customers acquired through this campaign, with no expiration window.

  • NCROAS: Total revenue generated to date by new customers acquired through this campaign β€” with no expiration window.
