The transaction report in Xplor Ads gives a breakdown of all transactions attributed to your marketing ad activity.

The report has two views:

  • Click Date Attributed: Counts transactions tracked to clicks made within the selected date range.

    • Helps see the impact of marketing efforts at the moment of customer engagement.

  • Transaction Date Attributed: Counts transactions made within the date range.

    • Helps see all revenue that occurred, providing a clear view of business performance

The transaction data can be filtered by:

  • Date Range

  • Ad Platform

  • Campaign

Summary

The top tiles show a summary of the transactions in the selected time frame.

  • Total Tracked Purchases (click date view): The total purchases attributed to marketing activity in the selected period, counted by the customer’s first tracked interaction, not the purchase date

  • Total Purchases (transaction view): The total number of purchases completed in the selected period, counted by the transaction date. This includes all sales, regardless of channel or attribution.

  • Total Tracked Revenue (click date view): The total revenue attributed to marketing activity in the selected period, counted by the customer’s first tracked interaction, not the purchase date

  • Total Revenue (transaction view): The total revenue from purchases attributed to marketing during the selected period, counted by the transaction date, regardless of when the customer first interacted with your marketing.

  • Purchases From Ads: The total purchases directly attributed to your ads, counted based on when the customer clicked the ad, not when they completed the purchase.

  • Measured Ad Revenue: The total revenue directly attributed to your ads, counted based on when the customer clicked the ad. This reflects actual dollars earned from ad-influenced customers through conversion tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and first-party data.

Transaction Data

Each transaction will be listed based on the filters. Use the search bar to find a specific one quickly. For each transaction, it will show:

  • Client: Name and email

  • Transaction ID

  • Campaign

  • Source

  • First Marketing Click Date

  • Total AMount

  • Transaction Created
