This toggle is a quick way to change all classes visible on your schedule from "Virtual" to "Exclude." This can save time when most of your classes are in-person.
When to use the bulk toggle
If your studio primarily offers in-person classes, use this toggle to exclude multiple classes at once instead of updating them individually.
If most of your classes are virtual, you can leave the schedule as is.
How it works
This toggle only affects the classes currently visible on the schedule page. It does not set a default for future classes.
For example, if you have 50 classes in a week and 40 are in-person:
Use the toggle to exclude the 40 in-person classes at once
Individually toggle the 10 virtual classes to "Virtual" if needed
Important notes
This toggle does not control whether reminders are active for your account.
The master "Turn Off (On) for My Account" button above it controls whether reminders are sent for your account in general.
The bulk exclude toggle simply speeds up your Livestream setup by letting you exclude in-person classes in bulk.
