There are a few different occasions when you could find yourself uploading a CSV file:

Your file needs to be formatted correctly and saved as a .CSV to accomplish a successful upload. The headers need to be typed in the exact order, spelling, and spacing:

  • Column A (Required and must be the first column)= Email

  • Column B (Required) = First Name

  • Column C (Required) = Last Name

  • Column D (Optional) = Phone

    • Delete this column if blank

    • Country codes are required, but WITHOUT the "+" before it

For the required status, Email is the only column that requires content. First Name and Last Name are required headers, but do not require content below.

If you receive an error message when attempting an upload, it is most likely due to a formatting issue such as:

  • Columns are not labeled correctly, and headers are not on the first row

  • Extra columns included

  • The file is not a CSV

  • Email is not the first column
