Xplor Growth automatically syncs contacts from your booking software. If you have contacts outside of that system, you can manually upload them, and they will appear in your All Contacts list along with synced contacts. If a contact already exists, the system will recognize it and prevent duplicates.
Adding contacts to Xplor Growth will not automatically create accounts in your booking software.
There are two options for manually adding contacts to your account:
Adding a single contact
Uploading a list using a CSV file.
Adding contacts could impact your billing plan.
Adding a Single Contact
To add a single contact to your All Contacts list, start by navigating to the Contacts tab in the navigation menu.
Then click Add Contacts in the top-right.
Scroll to the "Add a single contact" section > enter the contacts> Add Contact.
If a manually uploaded contact later creates a booking profile with the same email, Xplor Growth will combine the two into a single contact.
Adding a List of Contacts
To upload a list of contacts, you will need to have a CSV file saved to your computer. Any issues with uploads are most often due to incorrect formatting of the CSV file.
Most upload issues are a result of incorrect formatting issues with the CSV file. This article offers a few tips on how to format your file successfully.
Once you have created, formatted, and saved your CSV file, you can begin the upload process by navigating to the Contacts tab in the navigation menu.
Then click Add Contacts in the top-right.
Under the "Manually add and import contacts to your account" section, navigate to Upload from CSV > click Browse Files to search for your CSV > select the CSV from your computer > click Upload CSV.
Once you've uploaded your CSV, you should receive a success message in the platform and an email letting you know when the upload is complete. Once complete, you can navigate back to your All Contacts list, and you'll see the newly added contacts there.
