Why isn't a class appearing in my Livestream Manager schedule?
Xplor Growth only syncs live or bookable classes from your booking software. If you've recently added a class, it may take some time to appear. Click the Refresh Schedule button to expedite synchronization.

Why did a student receive a reminder for an in-person class?
Livestream Manager includes both virtual and in-person classes. Ensure non-virtual classes are set to Exclude to prevent reminders from being sent. Read more about toggling your classes on/off here.
Why didn't a client receive a reminder?
Email Filtering: Reminders might be in the spam or junk folder.
Timing of Registration: Time-based reminders are only sent if the client registers before the reminder's cutoff.
Will clients who aren't subscribed to emails/texts receive reminders?
Yes. Livestream Manager sends are transactional and override marketing preferences. Clients can unsubscribe directly from the email or text to stop future reminders.
Why isn't the virtual link button in the email clickable?
This likely means a virtual link hasn't been added to the class. Ensure you paste the virtual link into each virtual class's settings. Read more about adding your virtual links for classes here.
