Why aren't my Mariana Tek integrated waivers sending to qualified contacts after I have activated the Re-opening Waiver feature?

There are 2 reasons why waivers aren't sending to qualified contacts after you've active the Re-opening Waiver feature:

  1. The waiver is not marked as required.

    If your waiver is correctly synced to Mariana Tek and is marked as required, you will see a yellow banner at the top that reads, "Vendor sync is enabled."

    If you do not see this banner at the top of your waiver, please navigate to Advanced Options > Link this waiver > and Mark as Required.

  2. BrandBot Livestream Manager has not been turned on.

    The Re-opening Waiver feature is nestled under Apps > BrandBot Livestream Manager because its functionality relies on the Livestream Manager feature to send. To ensure you have Livestream Manager turned on in your account, please review this article.
