Who has access to view / edit transactional email templates?

Users with access to Xplor Growth will also have access to the corresponding location's Xplor Transactional Messaging.

For multi-location brands, only users with HQ admin access can view the HQ dashboard. If an email template is locked by HQ, location-level users will not be able to make changes to the template.
