Users who have access to Marketing Automation (BrandBot) will also have access to the corresponding location's Xplor Transactional Messaging.

For multi-location brands, only users with HQ admin access will be able to view the HQ dashboard. If an email template is locked by HQ, location level users will not be able to make changes to the template.
