Automation Overview

This automation begins immediately after new leads create a new profile, and will nurture them for up to 7 days. The leads will goal out of the automation if they make a purchase, book a future visit, or take a class.

It is comprised of 3 emails, 3 texts and 2 auto-tasks.

Entry Rules

Creates a new Mariana Tek Profile

Exit Goals

Goal 1 - Made a Purchase

Goal 2 - Future Reservation

Goal 3 - Number of Visits

Associated Assets

These are items that will need to be created or set up in account settings.

  • Merge tags that need to be created and values set:

    • [%class_schedule_url%]

  • Existing merge tags that need values set:

    • [%business_name%]


Automation Messaging + Task Checklist

Auto Tasks

  • Confirm that fonts, colors, and logos are correct.

  • Update content (including Subject & Preview Lines) to reflect your voice + brand.

  • Update call-to-action button text (but not the merge tags in the "build" settings for the button).

  • Update the content to reflect your voice + brand.

  • Update the Task Name (note: this name is what will appear in the Calendar and Follow Up Management View once the automation is live)

  • Update the task notes.

  • Assign the tasks to the individual who will be completing the tasks.


Account + Asset Checklist

Email Addresses

Merge Tags

  • Confirm that the "sent from" and "reply to" email addresses are verified in all accounts.

  • Confirm the Account and/or Franchise merge tags identified on the Associated Assets section have been created and have values saved.


Going LIVE Checklist

Do not set live unless the following is complete:

  • ALL assets identified on the Automation Overview Section are created.

  • The Account & Franchise Merge Tags have been created and have values in each account.

Preparing to go LIVE:

  • IF YOU HAVE CHILD ACCOUNTS, sync the automation as a "synced copy that is not editable by the Child Account"

  • Review the Entry Rules + Exit Goals on the Automation Overview Section.

Going LIVE:

  • Each message and task must be set live individually.

  • After the auto-messages and/or auto-actions are on, set the automation live.

  • IF YOU HAVE CHILD ACCOUNTS, these steps must be completed in each child account!
