Phone Number
While the phone number can be modified in the contact's account in Xplor Growth, it is recommended to update the phone number in the integrated platform instead. This change will automatically sync to their Xplor Growth profile within a few hours.
Email Address
Xplor Growth identifies a contact by their email address, which serves as their unique identifier. If an email is incorrect, update it in your booking platform or CRM. The updated email will sync to Xplor Growth as a new profile.
Manually unsubscribe the old profile with the outdated email to preserve data and stop further communication. Do not delete the profile—deleted contacts will not sync again. If you want to clean up your lists, always unsubscribe instead of deleting.
