Communicate quicker and more effectively with our Transactional SMS feature!
Transactional SMS is an powerful tool to make sure important notifications aren't left unread. To enable this functionality, navigate to Xplor Growth > Automations > Transactional Messaging.
Select SMS from the lefthand navigation.
You'll be brought to the starting screen in activating this feature which explains what the onboarding process entails.
Note: Prior to starting this process, ensure you've already completed your Twilio Compliance documentation in Xplor Growth. Click here for more information.
In addition, a separate transactional SMS number will automatically be generated so that your promotional and 1:1 sms messages are not interrupted by these automated messages.
After clicking 'Request Access,' your compliance documents will be submitted for your new transactional SMS number. Approval time varies and can take up to two weeks. Check back to continue to the next step — activation!
Once your compliance is approved, you can click 'Continue' to then enable the Waitlist Upgrade SMS message.
Use the toggle to set the message live in your account. If you would like to disable this message in the future, you can do so by turning the toggle off.
