When you are using the "Message Class" feature within your Mariana Tek class view on the admin account that is linked to the Transactional email called "Customer Communication", via Transactional Message.
If you hear or feel like your contacts are not getting your message created via that "Message Class" feature in MT, check to see if that transactional email itself is live or inactive.
Navigate to your Xplor Growth and looking "Automation" tab then hover over it. Click "Transactional Messaging" and search for the email called "Customer Communication" to see if its live or inactive. See screenshot below.
We recommend setting this email to live if you plan to use the "Message Class" feature in MT.
