Any message sent through the Mariana Tek's 'Message Class' feature pertains to transactional email called Customer Communication.
Currently, outbound transactional emails do not have a front-end display area in accounts to show metrics of sent emails, unlike marketing automation emails.
To locate delivered emails, Xplor Support can search through backend logs, but we require the date, contact email address, or subject line of the message class email to begin that search.
