You can turn any Scheduled Email or Automation Email into a template for future use by following these simple steps.
Are you a multi-location user looking to share an email template with Franchisees or Child Accounts? Check out this article.
Open any Sent or In-Progress email in the editor and click either Save as Template (for a Scheduled Email) or Options > Save as Template (for an Automation Email).
You can choose to create a new template or override an existing one.
The next time you create an email, you will see your template under Account Saved Templates.
You can view, rename, and delete Email Templates by navigating to Settings > Assets > Templates.
Troubleshooting Email Templates
Why am I missing an email template?
When looking for an email template, keep in mind that you'll only see your Full Design templates when you're creating a full design email and Text Only template when you're creating a text-only email.
For example, if you're looking for a Full Design template you've created, it will not show up as this is a Text Only email.
