The Xplor Growth Loyalty program for Mariana Tek rewards clients for showing up. As they check into classes, they automatically earn status and points toward brand-specific rewards like credits, perks, and account benefits.
If you're interested in the loyalty program add-on, contact support or your CSM.
To configure, log in to Xplor Growth and navigate to Loyalty in the top header > Program Settings.
General Information
Under General Information, add your:
Loyalty Program Name
Program Image
We recommend using a 960px by 540px image.
Both will be displayed within your studio's mobile app.
Points & Status
Customers can earn points by making reservations and checking in. The more points a customer receives, the higher their status, which can be associated with exclusive benefits.
Ways to Earn
Fill in the following:
Points Per Reservation: How many points will customers earn per reservation?
Points will be awarded to customers after checking into the class.
Earning Cycle: How long can customers earn points before their status resets?
Quarterly or Annually
Based on the calendar year.
Status Tiers
For your Loyalty program, you can have many Status Tiers as needed. Some examples of tiers include:
Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum
Starter, Athlete, Elite, Legend
Foundation, Growth, Elevated, Mastery
For each Status Tier, you will have:
Status Name: Displays in the mobile app
Minimum Points Required
Associated Color: Displays on the customer's reward profile in the mobile app
Benefits
Benefits are rewards that customers receive when reaching a particular status. Use the + Add Benefits button to add multiple benefits. There are three types of benefits:
Credit: Automatically added to account
Additional fields:
Credit Type
Amount: Number of Credits
Expires After: Expires at midnight
Number of days, months, or years
Account Balance: Automatically added to the account
Insert the amount for each available currency
Custom: Must be manually managed or run automatically through user tags

Late cancel forgiveness

Description
Each benefit has an icon that will display in your mobile app.
Set Live
After creating your tiers, Save Changes and Set Live. Past reservation check-ins can be applied to your point totals. Options include:
Yes, include past reservation check-ins within the current earning cycle
Customers with existing check-ins will receive the earned status, but will not receive the account balance or credits associated with the status.
No, include new reservation check-ins only.

Earning Cylce
Making Edits
Once your loyalty program is live, changes can be made to:
Status Tiers
Name, Minimum Points Required, and Associated Color
Adding, removing, or reordering the tiers
Benefits
Type, Icon, Title, and Description
After making your edits, select Save Changes. If any change occurs that impacts the points, you will be prompted on how to recalculate the customer points. Options include:
Partially recalculate tiers: Customers who would drop tiers keep their current tier for this earning cycle. Customers who qualify for a higher tier move up.
Appy tier rewards for customers who move up: When selected, customers prompted by this change receive the rewards for their newly assigned tier.
Fully recalculate tiers: Customers are assigned immediately based on their current points and the new thresholds, even if that lowers their tier. This recalculation does not grant tier rewards; customers can still earn rewards later by re-qualifying through new points.
Select Preview to view a description of how your customers will be impacted > Apply Changes.
