When a customer has reached a loyalty status tier, there are a few ways to identify them:

  • User Tags

    • Located on their Mariana Tek profile

    • Segments in Xplor Growth

  • Loyalty Insights

User Tags

Mariana Tek

When you create a status tier in your loyalty program, a matching user tag is automatically created in Mariana Tek. The tag name will be identical to the tier name. The tag image can't be customized and will use the first letter of the tag name.

As customers reach a tier, the corresponding tag is automatically added to their Mariana Tek profile. You’ll see it on their profile page and in the class roster.

As the customer's status tier changes, the tag will automatically remove the old tag and add the new one.

Segments

Segments can also be built using these tier tags. When creating a segment, use the Has a Mariana Tek User Tag condition and select the tier tag to target all customers with that status.

Insights

Under Loyalty > Loyalty Insights, you can view all customers that have reached a tier, including:

  • Name

  • Tier

  • Points Earned

  • Home Location

Export to CSV to filter.
