Studio members can enroll in a Challenge directly from their mobile app. On the home screen, members will see the Challenge tile if:

The tile will show a different Challenge based on being active and their end dates.

Members can enroll on the 5th tab icon > Gamification (Trophy Icon).

From the Challenges tab, members will see Active, Upcoming, and Past Challenges. Active Challenges will appear if they are on or past the Start Date.

Upcoming Challenges are all active Challenges with a future Start Date.

To enroll in a Challenge, click Join Challenge

If the customer does not have eligibility as a result of not having the required membership, credit, or product, the customer will receive a message indicating which item is needed

FAQ: Do classes count towards a Challenge if a customer enrolls in the Challenge after the Start Date?

ANSWER: If a customer attends a class that qualifies for a Challenge but hasn't enrolled in the Challenge yet, the class will apply to the Challenge once they enroll.

For example, if a Challenge starts on October 1st and the studio member does not enroll in the Challenge until the 10th, any classes taken between the 1st and 10th will qualify for the Challenge.

Once in a Challenge, members can click on the leaderboard to view who is in the Challenge and their rank. Studio members can access a Challenge leaderboard in the mobile app by going to the 5th tab icon > Gamification (Trophy Icon) > Challenges or by clicking the View Challenges button on the home screen.

Find the active Challenge and click View Leaderboard. The leaderboard will show everyone enrolled in the challenge and their position. It updates in real time.
