On your mobile app home screen, we will display the Challenge tile. Based on your Challenge configuration, the tile will be a different Challenge.
When we refer to a Challenge being Active, the Challenge has been configured to Active. This does not refer to the Start Date of the Challenge.
Here is the logic on which Challenge is shown for the tile.
Studio has one active Challenge and the member is not enrolled
If the Challenge's end date is in the future and the studio member's home location matches the Challenge, the Challenge will appear as the tile on the home screen.
Studio has more than one active Challenge and the member is not enrolled
If the Challenge end dates are in the future and the member's home location matches the Challenges, the Challenge with the closest end date will appear as the tile on the home screen.
Member is enrolled in one Challenge
If the Challenge is active and the end date is in the future, the Challenge will appear as the tile on the home screen
Member is enrolled in more than one Challenge
If the Challenges are active and have future end dates, the Challenge with the closest end date will appear.
The Challenge tile will not display if there are no active Challenges, no Challenges match the member's home location, or if all the Challenges end dates are in the past.
