How do I manage locations in Xplor Payroll?

Xplor Payroll connects to the locations you select during your initial account setup to pull class and instructor data from Mariana Tek. Any classes held at unselected locations are ignored until those locations are added to your account.


Add Location

Xplor Payroll is billed per location. When you add or remove locations, your future billing automatically adjusts to reflect the new total.

Account administrators can add a location by navigating to Locations > Add Location within Xplor Payroll.

Search for the location name based on the name in Mariana Tek.

After adding a location, payroll, or instructor data may need to be refreshed. If you’re not seeing the expected updates, click the blue Refresh button at the top of the relevant page to reload your data.
