Signed waivers can be viewed by navigating to <b>Contacts </b>&gt; Select a Contact &gt; <b>Documents</b>.

For studios using Mariana Tek, the completion status can be viewed in a customer's <a href="https://support.marianatek.com/en/articles/5811778-how-do-i-manage-a-customer-s-personal-information" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">personal information</a>. 

Signed waivers can be viewed by navigating to Contacts > Select a Contact > Documents.
