Choosing to integrate your waivers with Mindbody can be beneficial for a few reasons:

  • As long as customers use the same email to fill out the waiver as the one saved in your booking software, Xplor Growth will communicate to the booking software that this person has filled this out.

  • A copy will be uploaded to their documents in MindBody.

To find this option, go to your Waiver > Advanced Options.

Can a waiver auto-send when a customer hasn't signed a waiver for Mindbody?

No, a waiver cannot be triggered to automatically send if customer's haven't signed a waiver using the Mindbody integration.

Can I send a waiver on a recurring basis with Mindbody?

No, you cannot set up a waiver to send on a recurring basis using the Mindbody integration.

Can I make a waiver required in MindBody?

No, there is not an integration to mark an Xplor Growth waiver as required in MindBody.

Why hasn't a successfully signed waiver uploaded to the contact's Mindbody account?

There are a few primary reasons that a signed waiver hasn't been uploaded to your Mindbody account even though someone filled it out:

  • The client submitted the waiver under a different email address: For the waiver to transfer to the client's Mindbody documents, the client must use the same email address associated with their Mindbody account.

  • Integration with booking software was not checked off: In the waiver settings, navigate to Advanced Options > integration with booking software > and select YES.

  • Required fields do not match what is set in your booking platform: For a waiver to be successfully uploaded to the booking platform, the waiver needs to include all required fields set in the booking platform, and the client needs to fill out those fields. If any are left blank or not completed, a waiver will not be uploaded to the booking platform.

If someone has a waiver on file already: a copy will be uploaded in addition, the waiver itself will not be overwritten.
