Mariana Tek Conditions

Each condition has a set of defaults or a base state.

Drop downs in each condition are all multi-select, making the selections an OR clause.

In the example below, the condition is looking for clients who have purchased the Unlimited Month, 10 Premium Credits or 3 Premium credits under ‘Which Type of Purchase.’ A client does not have to have purchased all three to meet the condition’s criteria.

When multiple conditions are combined, the statement is an AND clause.

In the example below, the condition is looking for clients who had their first visit in the last 30 days AND have a Membership; specifically, an Unlimited Month, Yearly Membership, OR Monthly Premium membership.

Conditions filter two different ways: to the tenant level (all locations in your brand) or to the account level (location(s) connected to your BrandBot account).

If you have multiple locations and utilize an HQ / Child account set up, the most common configuration is to have one location connected to each child account. Conditions that filter to the account level will only filter to the location connected to the child account.

Single location business and multi-location businesses that have all locations in a single BrandBot will experience no difference between conditions that filter to the tenant level or account level since it’s entirely a 1:1 or Many:1 relationship.

Home Location

A contact’s Home Location in Mariana Tek on the Personal Information page. This condition looks at location(s) connected to the BrandBot account you are working in.

Milestone Visits

A contact’s all-time visits at a brand/Mariana Tek tenant or at a particular location.

The default selection is that a contact’s all-time visits at the brand are calculated. With the default selection, a contact will enroll in a segment or auto campaign in the BrandBot account BrandBot that is connected to their home location.

To count visits only at a specific location, select from ‘any of the locations’ in the drop down.

Number of Visits

A contact’s visit behavior at a certain location or locations connected to the BrandBot account.

The default status selection is only counting “check -ins” as visits.

The default location selection is that the visit(s) occurred at any location connected to this BrandBot account.

When the condition is run, it checks for any contact in Mariana Tek who meets the parameters and then checks to see if the contact exists in that BrandBot account.

Last Visit

A contacts most recent interaction at a Brand/Mariana Tek tenant.

This condition considers the contact’s most recent “check in” when using “Last Visit Only.”

Last Visit or Purchase considers the most recent successful purchase transaction or last check-in that happened.

When the condition is run, it will find all contacts whose most recent visit or purchase happened in the timeframe listed and then check to see if that visit happened at a location connected to that BrandBot account and that the contact exists in that BrandBot account.

Has a Membership

Contacts who do or do not have a membership instance on their Mariana Tek account.

The default status for the membership is active which does not include memberships that are pending.

The default purchase location is that the membership was purchased at a location connected to this BrandBot account and the contact exists in this BrandBot account.

Selecting “Does not have a membership” captures all customers who do not have a membership that is active in Mariana Tek.

Visits Remaining

Contacts who have or do not have an active credit package at any location in the tenant (unless specified to the location(s) in the BrandBot account).

When this condition is run using “Has visits remaining,” the default filter is that the credit package is active, and all visits have not been exhausted.

Selecting “does not have visits remaining” will consider all contacts who do not have an active credit package.

Finished a Credit Package

Contacts who have exhausted all visits on a credit package.

We collect all the Mariana Tek users within the BrandBot account that have a credit pack that has been fully consumed, with 0 visits remaining.

The credit package had to have been purchased at a location connected to that BrandBot account.

We check only the latest reservation’s status to be check-in, penalty no show, or penalty cancel.

In Mariana Tek, credit packages with 0 visits remaining are considered expired packages even if the time to use them has not run out so the packages being considered are all expired packages.

Starts a Credit Package

Contacts who have activated a credit package in Mariana Tek.

We collect all the Mariana Tek users within the BrandBot account (with a home location in that BrandBot account) that have a credit package that has been activated in the given time frame.

The package can be purchased at any location in the tenant.

A credit package in Mariana Tek starts the day it is purchased.

Has a Tag

Contacts who are tagged in Mariana Tek.

This condition does not have a timeframe. When used as an enrollment rule, only contacts who are tagged in the future will be pulled into campaigns.

Contact’s home location is a location connected to that BrandBot account.

This is specific to the tagging feature in Mariana Tek.

Membership Cancelled

The condition returns all contacts in a BrandBot account that have a corresponding user in Mariana Tek which have a membership instance with a cancellation date, either in the past or scheduled in the future.

This condition verifies that the contact’s home location is a location connected to the BrandBot account.

In Mariana Tek, a membership can be “requested to cancel” which assigns that membership a future cancellation date.

In its base/default state this condition considers any membership that has a cancellation date. (i.e. a membership that has a future cancellation date can currently have an active status)

To capture only memberships that have a status of cancelled, use the status drop down to specify.

First Visit

All contacts who have had their very first visit at a brand/tenant in Mariana Tek.

The condition checks the contacts in the account to return contacts who have had their first visit in the given time frame, and the first visit with the brand happened at a location connected to that BrandBot account.

Because a contact can only have one first visit ever, they would only be pulled into lists using First Visit in one BrandBot account; the account connected to the location where the first visit occurred.

Membership Expiration

All contacts who have a membership instance that is marked as expired at any location in the Mariana Tek tenant.

This will only include contacts who have had a membership instance at one point that is now marked as expired, but does not take into consideration if a contact has another/a different active membership.

New Mariana Tek Profile

Contacts who create a new account in Mariana Tek.

The contact will be synced to the BrandBot account that they select as their home location.

If a contact is later synced to another BrandBot account because they become associated with that account or change their home location, the profile creation date will still be based on when their account was created in Mariana Tek, not when they were synced to BrandBot.

Future Reservation

All contacts with a reservation in Mariana Tek that is marked pending for a future date at a location connected to the Brandbot account where the condition is run.

Made a Purchase

All contacts who have a successful transaction in Mariana Tek.

The condition considers purchases that were made at a location connected to the BrandBot account where the condition is run.

Comped credits are not considered in this condition because they are not purchased by the consumer.
