An SMS confirmation for <a href="https://docs.brandbot.com/en/articles/8573103-what-does-the-waitlist-upgrade-transactional-sms-look-like" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Waitlist Upgrade</a> is our current transactional SMS offering. When a client is moved from the waitlist to the class roster, they will receive an SMS notification so long as they are SMS opted in.
