How do I cancel my Xplor Growth Account (MBO, Pike13)?

We hate to see you go…

For MBO and Pike13 customers, canceling your Xplor Growth account requires 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. This ensures the request can be processed before the next scheduled charge.

We cannot provide a refund if the request is made after you have been billed. Once we process your cancellation request, you will continue to have access to your account through the end of the current billing period.

Before your last day on Xplor Growth, it is important to deactivate all waivers, forms, and landing pages.

When your account is canceled, all automations will automatically turn off.

While you won't be able to export entire auto campaigns or their metrics, there are a few areas that you can export and use for the future, including Contacts and Segments.
