If a client creates a Mariana Tek account via the Instant Book Form feature, they will have a password assigned. There are two ways for a client to set or reset their password.
Clicking "Forgot Password" upon login
When they log into the app or website at a future date, they can simply click "Forgot Password" to set their password, as long as they use the same email they submitted the form with.
Customizing the New Registration Auto-email
Additionally, you can customize the New Registration transactional email that is sent to anyone when they create a new profile in Mariana Tek, to add the link to set / reset their password.
To customize this email, while logged into Xplor Growth Navigate to Automation > Transactional Messaging > New Registration > View Email
Click Edit Email.
Enter the text "To set or reset your password, click here."
Highlight the text "click here" to add a hyperlink.
URL: Enter https://testmultistudio.marianatek.com/auth/password_reset_email/ - replace testmultistudio with the subdomain from your schedule page. If you are unclear on what this is, contact our Support team.

Open Link in: New Window
Click Save Template.
In the top left corner, click Go Back.
Verify that your email looks the way you want, double check the link by clicking on it, and send yourself a test if you wish.
