Once you set an automation live, it will track metrics to provide key insights into the success of your automation and how clients interact. Navigate to Automation > Marketing Automation > select the automation > Automation Overview.

Automation Stats

On the Automation Overview, you can view the following details on the performance of the automation:

  • All Time Enrollments: Customers currently enrolled and customers that have been removed for meeting a goal or exit rule

  • Currently Enrolled: Customers enrolled in automation who have not reached the goal

  • Met Goal: Contacts removed from automation for meeting goal

    • Only displays if the goal has been set

  • Met Alternative Exit Rules: Contacts removed from automation, but did not meet the automation goal

    • Only displays if the alternate exit rule has been set

  • Skipped: Contacts are skipped when they meet the enrollment rule(s) when the campaign was not live

  • Removed: Number of customers removed from the automation

  • Do Not Disturb: Number of customers in Do Not Disturb mode

Client Activity

Click on the tile to view the customers listed under each insight. The table will display

  • Name

  • Automation Entry Date

  • SMS Subscription

  • Email Subscription

HQ Accounts

At the HQ Level, you will see the Aggregated Overview showing performance across all synced child accounts.

Clicking Details will display the breakdown for each child account. By default, the table is sorted by most recently synced. Use the column headers to sort alphabetically or by highest/lowest numbers.

The automation must be synced to at least one child account and set live to view the Aggregated Overview. If there are no live, synced accounts, the non-aggregated insights will be displayed.

To quickly access the child account, click the Name in the table. In the child account, there will be an option to return to the HQ account.
