This automation starts as soon as a new lead creates a profile and nurtures them for up to seven days. Leads will automatically exit the automation if they:
Make a purchase
Book a future visit
Take a class

Configure your entry rule to target those who are in the automation:

When Was the Profile Created?
To include everyone who created an account moving forward, select Static time frame > After > set the date the campaign begins.
What is Their Home Location?
Any or set to a specific location
Configure your exit goals to determine when someone should be removed from the automation. For this automation, each condition must be set up as a separate goal so the automation uses OR logic, not AND. This can be done using Add another Goal.

This campaign utilizes three auto-actions:

Update the task name
This name is what will appear in the calendar and follow-up management view once the automation is live
Update the task notes
Assign the tasks to the individual who will be completing the tasks.
Going Live
Do not set live unless the following has been completed:

If you have child accounts, sync the automation
Permissions for the child accounts include:
View Only: Can't edit

Full Edit Access: Can edit rules and content
When ready, set your auto-messages and auto-actions live by opening each and clicking the green Set Live button. Active items will appear green and marked Active within the campaign.
Once all items are live, start the automation by opening the campaign and clicking the green Start button in the top-right.
