What are the benefits of integrating my BrandBot waiver with my Mariana Tek account?
Once you have created your BrandBot waiver, you can then choose to integrate your waiver with your Mariana Tek account. Turning this feature on will enable BrandBot to pass information to Mariana Tek around any required waivers a client has filled out. There are a few key advantages to activating this feature:
It will allow you to view on the client's Mariana Tek profile all of their signed documents, both in Mariana Tek and BrandBot.
It will enable you to automatically distribute your required waiver to clients ahead of their class if they have not signed it already.
It will allow you to generate pop-ups ahead of class in Mariana Tek to ensure clients are filling out any required waivers before coming in for a visit.
Integrating your BrandBot Waiver with Mariana Tek
Once you have created your waiver, navigate to Advanced Options in the left-hand menu.
In the Advanced Options, you will have the option to either Create a new waiver in Mariana Tek or link to an existing waiver.
Creating a new waiver allows you to make a new, independent waiver. This is likely the option you will choose!
Linking an existing waiver allows you to link two BrandBot waivers. This can be helpful if you need to have a waiver for a specific class with increased liability and a master liability waiver for your studio. If you choose to link the two BrandBot together, this will ensure that if someone is completing the waiver for the class with increased liability, this will also check them off as having signed your master studio waiver.
If you choose to create a new waiver, you can choose to make this waiver required to indicate that it is mandatory to have that waiver on file in order to attend class. If a client comes in for class and has not signed the required waiver, your staff member will receive an alert in Mariana Tek.
