At this time, reservation confirmation emails cannot be made specific to various class types or classrooms. For example, if your studio's confirmation email includes text on renting cycling shoes for spin class reservations, the text will also be sent to customers reserving yoga classes. It's recommended to keep the email generic and applicable to customers reserving into all class types.
You can, however, customize your reservation confirmation emails by location. For example, if you are a multi location brand and offer yoga at all locations, but only offer cycle at one location, you can include details around cycling on that individual locations' transactional emails.
