How do I set up a CSAT Survey?

Creating and enabling a CSAT Survey.

From the Xplor Growth Feedback product, you may add additional CSAT surveys by clicking the '+ New Survey' button and choosing 'Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)' from the drop-down menu.

You'll be brought to the CSAT survey dashboard where you can simply click 'Set Live' in the top right-hand corner.

Once your survey is set live and new class check-ins occur, email surveys will begin to be sent! Customers will be prompted to provide feedback one (1) hour after a class/service check-in.

You will have the ability to choose your trigger from the available options and how often you want customers to receive a survey:

In addition, you may choose how / which channels you would like customers to receive the survey prompt from:


Please note, that this product is currently in Alpha/Beta testing and not available outside of testing groups. At this time, CSAT is limited to one survey without an expiration. Interested in becoming a beta tester? Contact Support for more information.
